A mediocre shot of M51. 27 subs at 3 minutes per sub, at ISO 800. Once again PHD had problems controlling the CG5. I am beginning to think the problem may be in the electronics. Tracking would be very accurate for 5-6 minutes and then slowly lose contact. I would stop guiding, re-select the star, resume guiding, and once again it would guide near perfect for a few minutes before it slowly veered off line. The makes me wonder. Gearing in the mount would respond differently.
